Executive - Inventory Management
About the role
Scope of Work:
(i) To carry out complete daily IRA checks of all stocks at our Chennai Warehouse (including Foods, Personal Care Products, Matches, Agarbatti, Tobacco etc.) on a daily basis.
(ii) Conduct POD scanning
(iii) Modern Trade, Executive Channel and Institutional Channel POD Scanning.
(iv) To check statutory compliance at each warehouse location mentioned above.
(v) All Invoices, LR and relevant documents for the last working day of the month to be verified and reported.
(vi) Daily Market Return Verification
(vii) First five invoices of the first working day of the following month to be verified and reported.
Desired Candidates Profile:
* Graduates with reasonable good academic record,
* Good Integrity, Excel and Computer Knowledge with 3-9 mths experience. Should be sincere, honest and willing to learn and adapt.
* The staff will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
* Immediate Joiners preferred
